The 2019 IGP Cotes de Thongue Rose Prstige is pale in hue, but don't let that deceive you; this is a fairly weighty rosé, with a touch of oak influence. A blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Roussanne, the fruit is melon-y and subdued, with just enough citrus to balance out in the end.
